 Tea is a daily drink that usually accompanies a person's activities, from breakfast to a drink for your breakfast moment.  Conventional teas include black tea (marketed satin tea), green tea rich in antioxidants, and oolong tea.

 All types of tea are mainly made from tea leaves (Camellia sinensis).  The manufacturing process is relatively similar, the tea leaves are picked, then enter the leafing stage.  After bed, the tea leaves begin to be ground and oxidized.  The oxidized tea then dries and new tea can be consumed.

 In some examples of tea above, the caffeine content is quite high because the processing process is only once.  For tea lovers but want to avoid caffeine in tea, you should eat herbal tea.  Herbal teas are tea made from nutritious plants that do not contain caffeine.  Below, are several herbal teas that are often eaten and without caffeine.

 1: Chamomile Tea

 This tea is a type of tea that does not contain caffeine.  Chamomile tea is made from dried chamomile flowers.  Chamomile tea has a good effect on the body, which can help you sleep more frequently and relieve anxiety.  Medical Center University of Maryland in the United States recommends making chamomile tea, insert 3 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers then pour water into a cup, and let stand for 15 minutes.  Ready to enjoy the tea.

 Like tea mixed with mint leaves, this one herbal tea is made mainly from the leaves are dried mint.  This tea does not have caffeine at all.  Mint leaves which are formulated in tea have a fresh taste and are slightly sweet when taken.  Peppermint herbal tea is beneficial for abdominal pain and shortness of breath in the body.  This herbal tea is not good for pregnant women and those who have stomach acid disease.

 3: Ginger Tea

 This herbal tea uses ginger root as its main ingredient.  This ginger tea does not contain caffeine naturally, it is useful for relieving nausea and abdominal pain.  Ginger bread can be found in supermarkets or herbal stores.  The way to make it is to put a piece of ginger bread the size of a finger bread, then pour hot water and let stand a few minutes.  After that, get ready to enjoy the tea.  Good luck!
