Egg Sandesh!

Egg Sandesh means unknown information about eggs.  Before that, tell me the answer to the ancient historical question "before the egg or before the chicken?"  However, in terms of nutrition, eggs are ahead.  Eggs are a highly nutritious food, the nutrients of eggs are fully absorbed by the body.  So eggs are an ideal food.

Eggs are a very nutritious food.  The burden of finding people who do not recognize eggs.  But in every age there are some “naughty kids” who don’t want to eat eggs.  I'm telling them to eat omelettes with eggs, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, onions and salt at least once. You can also fall in love with eggs.

In almost every country of the world, eggs are prepared and taken in different ways. For example: boiled eggs, poached, omelette, souffle, egg-bake, egg chop, egg korma, egg pudding, pudding, cake, etc. It is also delicious with different foods.Such as: soup, noodles, fried rice, hotpot-fuska etc.

Why we eat Eggs?
 Eggs are an easily available, affordable and excellent example of the protein our body needs.  One egg a day helps to increase the strength of our body, eyesight and memory and build strong bones and a healthy heart. Eggs also help reduce the risk of cancer.

 The amount of nutrients present in a whole egg is enough to convert a single cell of a chicken embryo into a hen.  An egg contains various vitamins and minerals.  It contains Vitamin-A, Vitamin-B2, Vitamin-B5, Vitamin-B6, Vitamin-B9, Vitamin-B12, Vitamin-D, Vitamin-E, Vitamin-K, Folate, Phosphorus, Calcium, Zinc, Selenium,  Choline, antioxidants etc.  Eggs also carry some essential nutrients which are very beneficial for health and are rare in other foods.  Let's find out:
Protein => Eggs are developed as animal proteins.Eggs contain almost all the amino acids needed by our body.

 Vitamin-A => Helps to improve eyesight.

 Vitamin-B9 => Vitamin-B9 or folic acid is very important for pregnant mothers.  Which plays a vital role in the formation of the baby's brain.

 Vitamin-D => Strengthens bones and teeth.

 Vitamin-C => Enhances skin beauty.

 Calcium => plays a role in bone formation.

 Phosphorus => plays a role in bone formation and strengthening.

 Selenium => Increases immunity.

 Colin => Helps in brain formation and prevents breast cancer.  Colin is rare in other foods.

 An adult can eat a maximum of two eggs a day.  However, those who are at risk of overweight, diabetes and heart disease should not eat more than one egg per day, where the white part can eat seven (7) days a week, but the egg yolk is not more than two (2) days a week.  However, eggs can not be omitted.  Eggs contain omega-3 fatty acids that reduce the body's triglyceride levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Raw Eggs Are Boiled Eggs:
 According to the data, eating raw eggs started about a hundred years ago.  Especially those who do fitness training eat raw eggs as a "protein shake" to build body muscles.  But it started in that era due to lack of time and equipment to boil eggs in fitness centers which is now a trend.  As a child, the uncle of one of my classmates used to mix raw eggs for breakfast.  In this case, the girl assumed that the eggs are to be eaten in this way and it is not possible to eat her eggs!

 You may be surprised to learn that the protein in eggs must be cooked to be fully utilized in our body.  One study found that our bodies could receive only 50 percent of their protein from raw eggs.  But if we boil the same egg, our body gets 91 percent protein which is almost double.  Raw eggs also contain a type of bacterium called salmonella which is responsible for harmful diseases of the stomach. When the eggs are heated to 180 degrees, ie when the yolk of the egg is fully cooked, the salmonella bacteria present in the egg dies and the risk of food poisoning is reduced.

Egg Yolk In The Diet:

 According to popular belief, egg yolk is one of the enemies of weight loss.
 Eggs are a high cholesterol rich food.  An egg carries 212 milligrams of cholesterol, which is close to the daily cholesterol intake of an adult (250 milligrams).

 But recently scientists are claiming that the egg yolk is not the enemy but the friend.  The cholesterol present in kusum is beneficial for our body.  This is because it prevents the body from producing excess harmful cholesterol.

 The cholesterol that we take in eggs does not actually increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood.  The liver produces a huge amount of cholesterol in our body every day. When we eat eggs every day, the liver reduces the production of cholesterol.  The study found that about 80 percent of people do not play a role in the increase in egg cholesterol.  In the remaining 30 percent of people, eggs play a small role in raising cholesterol.  Eggs increase the beneficial cholesterol (HDL) in our body.  People who have high levels of beneficial cholesterol (HDL) have a lower risk of heart disease.
 A whole egg gives us (70-80) calories for breakfast and helps in reducing the intake of about 400 calories by controlling the appetite throughout the day.  It is possible to lose almost twice as much weight.

 In addition to cholesterol, 90% of the calcium and iron present in eggs are present in this yolk.  Half of the egg protein also remains in the yolk.  Egg yolks are an excellent source of essential minerals for the body.  Egg yolks also help prevent breast cancer.  The choline in egg yolks reduces the risk of breast cancer by 24 percent. Choline is almost rare in foods other than eggs.

Eggs To Retain Youth:

 Everyone wants to retain their youth.  Who doesn't want beautiful skin, hair, nails.  In this case, eggs play a beneficial role.  Eggs contain sulfur-containing amino acids and numerous vitamins and minerals that are essential for healthy skin and hair.
 Eggs contain vitamin-E and anti-oxidants which are beneficial for our skin.
 Eggs also help in making collagen in the skin. So regular egg intake can reduce the impression of age from our face, folds under the eyes, wrinkles on the skin, etc. One egg per day makes our skin taut, smooth and radiant.  It also makes the hair smooth and strong.

 The Right way to boil and preserved Eggs:

 Boiled eggs some people like to eat perfectly boiled eggs.Someone likes to eat a little soft egg again.  Many people abroad eat “soft boiled” eggs for breakfast with toast which is always likely to be infected by bacteria.  To get a fully boiled egg, it is enough to boil the egg in boiling water for ten minutes.  Many people boil eggs more.  This causes a greenish tinge around the yolk of the egg, along with the white part of the egg which becomes rubber-like which is not healthy.

 Many people keep eggs at the fridge door to store them.  Again, many people wash the eggs and store them outside.  Washing the egg washes away a "protective layer" on the egg shell.  As a result, microorganisms can easily enter the egg.  In this case, the eggs must be stored in the fridge.  In case of refrigeration, the eggs should be packed in a box and kept inside the fridge so that the temperature does not change.  Very fresh eggs stay good at room temperature for up to a month.  It can then be stored in the fridge for another month.  However, it is better to eat fresh eggs and it is delicious.

 World Egg Day has been celebrated on the second Friday of October every year since 1996.  Every year around the world, "World Egg Day" is celebrated to raise awareness about eggs and the importance of eggs for the human body.

 Eggs are a very important food for young children, adolescents, pregnant mothers and the elderly.  If one egg per day can be ensured per capita, it will play a huge role in building a healthy society.
