The artificial flavoring ingredients, dyes, preservatives that are chemically processed in laboratories or from various foods are mostly harmful to our body.  Especially some ingredients have been used in food for a long time which is extremely dangerous for health.  The main reason for using them in food is that their production cost is low, they are much more attractive if used in small quantities in food and they can be produced in large quantities in a short time.  So these chemicals are used in food.

Use of harmful e-color as such natural color:
Their names are written on the packet with the code 'E'.  Many of them are good as mentioned in the previous e-code post.  But the use of some e-codes is harmful and banned in many countries.  Even then, unscrupulous traders use these as natural flavors in their food production.  So be aware of harmful ‘e’ codes

 Harmful effects of 'e' code:

 1.  (E129) Alura red AC6
 This ingredient is usually red or orange in color, used as food color in various snacks, sauces, preservatives, soft drinks, wine, soups, cider.

 Harmful Effects:
 -It plays a role in increasing children's irritable mood, excessive restlessness.
 -Allergic skin problems are seen in adults who have side effects from taking aspirin.
 -If anyone has asthma, rhinitis (itching inside the nose or mucous membranes) Hay fever (runny nose, itchy eyes, excessive blood clots under the skin) Urticaria or Hives  Etc.) Complications may increase for those who have problems, again many people see this problem in a new way.

 1: The use of E-129 has been banned in many countries, especially in France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Norway, Sweden, etc.

 2: (E 123) Amaranth:
 It is a kind of artificial color used in sprite, fish eggs, wine.
 Harmful effects:
 In the United States, the use of E123 has been banned in any diet. It can be used to treat asthma, urticaria, allergies, rhinitis patients with E123, it will increase their physical problems.

 3: Aspartame (E 951);
 It is used all over the world as a sweetener, especially in soft drinks, alcohol, various snacks, desserts, especially zero calories (slightly less, calories are very low, but sweet like sugar), diabetic foods, low sugar foods, low fat foods low calorie  Used in added foods.
 Harmful effects;
 -Aspartame PKU or phenyl-keto-urea (those who are deficient in certain enzymes needed to break down high-carb foods) increase their physical complications.
 - Recent research has shown that long-term overdose increases the risk of headaches, blindness and heart disease.

 4: Benzoic acid (E210):

 It is used as a preservative in beverages, low-sugar products, cereals and meat dishes.
 Harmful effects:
 -Continues the functioning of digestive enzymes for a short period of time, lowers the levels of glycine (an essential amino acid that makes proteins in the body),
 -Those who suffer from low fever, asthma, allergies, increase their complications.

 5: Brilliant Black BN (E151):
 Artificial black is used in snacks, sauces, wines, drinks and cheeses.
 Harmful effects:
 People with allergies, urticaria, and rhinitis should avoid foods containing E151. However, there is growing awareness in many countries about not using E151. Currently, use is banned in Australia, Austria, America, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium and France.  

Confectionery Foods:

 6: Butylated hydroxy anisol (E320):
 As a preservative, fats are used in meat and in confectionery, meat.
 Harmful effects:
 According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer, BHA is responsible for the formation of carcinogenic or cancerous cells in the human body.

. Calcium benzoate (E213);
 Used as preservatives in beverages, low-sweet foods, cereals, and meat products.
 Harmful effects:
 People with allergies, urticaria, rhinitis should avoid E-151 foods.

 .Calcium sulfite (E227);
 Many foods such as burger patties, biscuits, frozen mushrooms are used to preserve various parts of vegetables, beverages, low-sugar foods.
 Harmful effects:
 -Sulphite is banned in the United States because it looks new when used in old foods, especially in meat, its use is strictly prohibited.
 Anaphylactic Shock (an allergic reaction that is seen in severe form, which is caused by food, insect bites and the side of a particular chemical or medicine) is caused by shortness of breath, insomnia, low blood pressure, eye tremors after eating food with E226 for a long time.  Seen for feedback).
 -International Labor Organization (ILO) says that if a person has shortness of breath, heart problems and emphsema (a condition of the lungs where the patient has respiratory weakness, the alveoli of the lungs are damaged), their products containing sulfate should be discontinued. 
 
9: Monosodium glutamate (E621):
 Has been used worldwide as a flavor enhancer.  This is known as SMG.  Used in soups, sauces, pickles, test makers, Chinese food, soy sauce, etc.
 Harmful effects:
 E621 There are some negative reactions to taking too much time with food.  E.g.  Feeling of tightness in the head, chest pain, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, tightness or tightness in the face and seizure (brain problems) are seen.
 -The use of this chemical in baby food has been stopped.

 10:  Potassium benzoate (E212):
 Used as preservatives in beverages, low-sweet foods, cereals and meat.
 Harmful effects:
 - Temporarily inhibits the functioning of enzymes that aid digestion.
 -Reduces glycine (essential amino acids) and other amino acids in the body.
 - For those who have allergy problems such as Hay Fever, Hives, Asthma problems, foods with E212 should be omitted.

 11:  Potassium nitrate (E249):
 Used as a preservative in minced meat and canned meat.

 Harmful effects:
 E249 has harmful effects on our body in three (3) ways.
 - It reduces the ability of the blood to retain oxygen.
 - It combines with other ingredients to form a substance called "nitroso amine" which is responsible for the formation of cancer cells.
 - It produces Atrophying Effect in the adrenal glands.

 12:  Propyl P-Hydroxy- Benzoate, Propyl Paraben, Paraben (E217):
 Used as preservative in cereals, snacks, meat products and confectionery.
 Harmful effects:
 Various studies have shown that parabens are the cause of complex dermatitis.

 13:  Saccharin and its sodium, potassium, calcium salts (E 954):
 Used in large quantities in sweet products, especially in diets and sugar-free products.
 Harmful effects:
 According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer, saccharin causes carcinogenic (early stages of cancer) in the human body.

 14:  Sodium metabisphosphate (E223):
 Widely used as preservative and anti-oxidant.

 Harmful effects:
 Influences asthma.  One report found that a woman's asthma suddenly took on a complex shape, and later studies showed that E223 was mixed with vinegar in the dressing of the salad she was eating.
 15: Sodium sulfite (E221):
 Used as a preservative in wine making and other food processing.
 Harmful effects:
 While sulfide acts as an influencer in asthma attacks, sulfide-containing foods have a detrimental effect on most asthma patients.

 16:  Staneous (tin) chloride (E512):
 Used in canned, bottled products and fruit juices as an anti-oxidant and color preservative.

 Harmful effects:
 The report found that if the amount of stenias (tin) in a fruit juice is more than 250 mg per liter, drinking that fruit juice can cause severe poisoning of the recipient.  Other symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and headaches.

 17:  Sulfur dioxide (E220):
 Used extensively as a preservative.

 Harmful effects:
 -Sulfur dioxide reacts with the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fatty acids present in food,
 Has been shown to be harmful to the respiratory system, especially those with asthma.
 -Other harmful effects are low blood pressure, insomnia, itching and severe numbness of the muscles or nervous system.
 According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), if someone has problems with conjunctivitis, bronchitis, emphysema, bronchial asthma or heart disease, then food with E220 should be excluded.

 18:  Sunset Yellow FCF, Orange Yellow S (E110):
 More used as a color in food.

 Harmful effects:
 Research has shown that by adding E110 to the diet of some animals, their physical growth has been impaired and they have lost weight severely.

 19:  Tartrazine (E102):
 Used as a yellow color. E102 is currently available in mustard, marmalade, jelly, ice lolly, soft drinks, custard powder and soups.

 Harmful effects:
 -E 152 allergic reactions are seen in 15% of the total population.
 -This is considered to be the cause of the increase in asthmatic problems.
 -The condition of hyperactive children is negative.
 -Those who have asthma, rhinitis, uricaria are the ones who show signs of deteriorating physical condition after taking 102.
 E-102 is not used in Norway, Austria, although it is used in soft drinks and food in Britain.

 Be aware of harmful e-codes.  If in doubt, want to know - at the product's customer helpline.  And if you have any other harmful e-code, you don't have to say that our country also has consumer rights law, use it.
